For standard shipping, orders will be delivered by the Indian courier service. Due to factors that commonly affect shipments, such as weather delays, holidays, and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates. Domestic Orders

Usually, we ship orders within 1-2 Business Days across India. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to process. Be sure to add this duration to your shipping time estimates.

International Orders

Usually, we ship orders within 2-3 Business Days. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to process. Be sure to add this duration to your shipping time estimates.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

The customer refuses to accept the package
No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

Same Day Delivery

We are accepting same-day delivery orders from 1 August 2022 for the Delhi & NCR only. We have partnered with Borzo (WeFast) and Porter for a hyperlocal delivery service.

Customers have to bear the additional delivery charges for the same-day delivery.
Only prepaid orders are eligible for this service.

When Will I Receive My Order? +

Most orders are delivered within 2-5 days. We will send you a tracking link via email to help you track your parcel's exact location. Please note our cut-off time: If the order is received before 1 PM on Mon-Sat, we dispatch the parcel on the same day. Orders received after 1 PM and on Sundays are dispatched the next day.
