Interpretation and Definitions
The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to EasyGearShop
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
“Website” refers to easygearshop.com, accessible from https://easygearshop.com
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
- You are entitled to cancel your order within 24hrs, before dispatch without giving any reason for doing so.
- The deadline for canceling an order is 24hrs from the date on which you place the order.
- Once the product is dispatched we cannot cancel the order as it is not in our hands, please take the order and then return the same.

Conditions for Replacement
- 1. We have 3, 7, 14, & 90 Days warranties on different products. These warranty days are mentioned on the product's detail page. If not mentioned it means that the product has no warranty.
- 2. If you have received the wrong/defective/broken product a proper unpacking video of the parcel is required with the sealed parcel and shipping label visible.
- 2.1 If the customer failed to provide us with a proper unpacking video, we will refuse to take any further action, as we have to compare the unpacking and packing video of the parcel to solve the dispute.
- 3. To replace a defective/wrong product please note that:
- 3.1 The product should be in its original condition. Scratches and missing items will be considered as wrong/fake claims.
- 3.2 Our courier partner will collect the defective product from the customer's address if the product value is lower than Rs. 999
- 3.3 If the product is above Rs. 999, then the customer has to return the product manually by visiting the nearest courier provider such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Trackon, etc. to our warehouse. After receiving and inspecting the defective/wrong product new product will dispatch within 48Hrs (working).
- 3.4 Customer has to bear all the courier charges if product inspection failed.
- 4. We do not provide any warranty on fragile & adhesive products such as tempered glass, camera lens protectors & glass.
- 5. EarBuds & Watches cover only repair warranty.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
