Why there is additional CASH ON DELIVERY charges on our site?

We are providing the product at a very reasonable price to our valuable buyers, every order shipped via 3rd party delivery partner costs directly to our profit. Taking delivery charges from buyers makes us more transparent in deciding product selling price.

We understand extra charges and how painful are,  so we’ve introduced so many product add-ons at unbelievable prices, add these add-ons while checking out the cart, so you get more than one product at a single delivery charge.

How long will delivery take?

We have partnered with India’s leading courier service providers, Delhivery XpressBees, Ekart, Shadowfax, & Ecom Express. They promise 2 to 6 days delivery time for more than 27000+ PIN codes in India. Please be ensure that we may launch new features to reduce delivery time ASAP.  Prepaid orders get dispatched faster than COD orders.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will get a Mail about the order, and then we begin the process of dispatch. Once the Product is Ready to Dispatch, we select the best (fastest) Courier provider according to the PIN code.

After the selection of this, we sent the tracking info with a URL to track the order/parcel. Then the Courier agent picks up the parcel from our warehouse to there.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Each order gets an invoice to their registered mail/WhatsApp number.

Why there is Cash On Delivery (COD) unavailable?

To ensure the fastest dispatch of orders and fewer customer returns, we are not accepting the COD. Please be ensure your hard-earned money is fully secured until the successful delivery.

Payment deducted but order not booked? Transaction/booking failure?

Please do not worry, we are here to tackle these types of issues. Send a screenshot of the payment containing the transaction number in our email. We will confirm is it booked or not. 90% of the failed transaction solved by their payment partner, so kindly wait until payment credit, then order again.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Our packing team is well experienced, we ensure no wrong product gets packed anyhow, but we recommend to buyers kindly shot an unboxing video with a proper shipping label, so if any issue happens we can process the solution as early as possible. Please reach us ASAP (before 10hrs of delivery) if the wrong/defected product got delivered.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, Off-course. Please cancel before we dispatch the order (within 3-6 hrs.). To cancel an order first log in to the customer dashboard using OTP then go-to orders, and select the order which you wanted to cancel the order. 

How I can track my order?

Once the order is dispatched, we sent you the order tracking number and the link on the given number via WhatsApp & SMS.

  2. Go to their tracking site, then enter the Airway Bill (AWB)/tracking no.

Is there any warranty we offer?
