Our team makes their best effort to keep our product’s images, description, and title as clear as possible. So we request you to carefully go through our product before placing an order. Making a purchase indicates you’ve agreed to all our terms and policies.
Note: Please read carefully before placing your order.
1) Eligibility For Replacement
If you are not happy with our product we can offer you a 7-day exchange on all products except tempered glass, phone skins, camera lens protectors, and items sold in sales & offers.
- 1.1 - Exchange should be requested within 7 Days of delivering the product. Email us at support@easygearshop.com
- 1.2 - The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
- 1.3- The product should not be used.
- 1.4 - The protective film should not be removed.
- 1.5 - Order ID and invoice should be available.
- 1.6 - An exchange will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
- 1.7 - Non-qualifying exchanges include any item(s) marked on "Sale" or sold as a "BOGO" offer
1.8 - If your order was delivered with damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We need a 360-degree Unboxing Video of the Package to Claim the damage or any missing items, without Video No Replacement will be Offered. We need the video so that we can raise a complaint with the courier company if there has been a theft or damage during transit.
Share the video and images of the packaging & products at support@easygearshop.com or Whatsapp us at +91 7217744737 within those 48 hours. Upon investigation, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue a replacement.
Replacements are subject to the product availability, if the product is not available in stock, the customer gets a full refund. Cases Villa reserves the right to make policy decisions in such cases. No additional compensation/freebies will be provided under any circumstances in these cases. Liability of any order/product is limited to the value of the order/product.
1.9 - (We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrong item)
2) Eligibility For Refund

- 2.2 - The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
- 2.3 - The product should not be used.
- 2.4 - The protective film should not be removed.
- 2.5 - Order ID and invoice should be available.
- 2.6 - Refunds will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
- 2.7 - The refund amount will be transferred within 48-72 hours after clearing the quality check process.
- In the case of COD orders, the amount will be refunded after deducting COD charges.
- 2.8 - Non-qualifying returns include any item(s) marked on "Sale" or sold as a "BOGO" offer.
3) Store Credit Conditions:
- 3.1 - Store Credit can only be used on orders associated with your original account. This means Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- 3.2 - Store Credit will be automatically applied to any purchases made on www.easygearshop.com
- 3.3- Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due.
- 3.4 - Orders with a subtotal within (Minimum price Rs.399 and Maximum price Rs.4999) these ranges will be eligible to pay with Cash on Delivery.
3.5 - How to Obtain Your Balance
Store Credit balances are listed on your Account Page.
3.6 - Expiration
Unused Store Credit expires 12 months from issue.
3.7 - Note:
The customer will not be eligible for refund in the following conditions:
- 3. 8 - Self Placed Wrong Order (eg. Ordered wrong model or product).
- 3.9 - Not the same as Advertised.
- 4.0 - Purchased from a local store or another website.
4.1 - Note: If the product is received in Damaged Condition, kindly raise the concern within 24 hours of receiving the product at support@easygearshop.com.
