Return, Refund & Replacement

Our team makes their best effort to keep our product’s images, description, and title as clear as possible. So we request you to carefully go through our product before placing an order. Making a purchase indicates you’ve agreed to all our terms and policies.
1) Eligibility For Return.
If you are not happy with our product we can offer you a 7- days return on all products except tempered glass, phone skins & camera lens protectors.
- 1.1 – Exchange should be requested within 7 Days of delivering the product. Email us at support@easygearshop.com
- 1.2 – The product should be in intact condition.
- 1.3- The product should not be used.
- 1.4 – The protective film should not be removed.
- 1.5 – Order ID and invoice should be available.
2) Eligibility For Refund
- 2.1 – Refunds will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
- 2.2 – The refund amount will be transferred within 48-72 hours to your Bank/UPI.
- 2.3 – In the case of COD orders, the amount will be refunded after deducting COD charges. (approx. 80-300)
The customer will not be eligible for refund in the following conditions:
- 2.4 – Self Placed Wrong Order (eg. Ordered wrong model or product).
- 2.5 – Purchased from a local store or another website.
3) Eligibility For Replacement.
- 3.1 – A valid reason for the replacement.
- 3.2 – Any proof of defect, video / picture.
- 3.3 – After quality checking of your returned product we can decide the reason authenticity for replacement.
- 3.4- Courier Charges will be bear by us.
- 3. Contact/mail us within 12hrs if damage product received.
We need the video so that we can raise a complaint with the courier company if there has been a theft or damage during transit.
We have received so much love from you till now. But, if for any reason you had a bad experience with us, please let us know.
