To ensure what you will receive in the parcel, we simply record a video with the timestamp while packing your order.
This feature is very helpful in tackling courier frauds such as parcel tampering.

Eligibility
- Minimum cart value INR 1199.
- Select the option "Yes" while ordering the parcel.
- After that please send us your name and order ID on our WhatsApp.

What does "Preferred Courier Partner Selection" means?
We have a feature that allows customers to select their preferred courier partner while placing an order. We feel this also can help the buyer to trust while accepting the package from their favorite/preferred courier.
Eligibility
- Min cart value - NA
Buyers can use this tool when:
- They have previous experience with any specific courier
- They personally know the delivery hub/agent.
- Their own instincts.
T&C's
- The packing video will be forwarded only if opted for it while placing the order.
- Sending the Order ID and Name on WhatsApp is mandatory.
- Please expect the video to be delivered within 48-72 Hours.
- Courier selection also depends on geography, availability, occasion weather, etc. So the customer has to accept the parcel if it is not their preferred even after selection.
